“I have chosen to be happy because it is good for my health.”

While there is information all over the internet about what herbs can do for your body, this is a place curated for you so that you don’t have to work so hard. It’s not only teachers who appreciate access to resources!

When looking at ways to boost your health no matter if it is physical, mental or emotional you will always see the same advice: “get good sleep and drink plenty of water”. Good sleep is hard to find when you have a worried, nervous, or stressed out mind. “Insomnia Interrupter” is based on the terpene Linalool which is said to be a relaxing sedative. To make it even more potent valerian root (also known as nature’s Valium) is used. Make sure this tea is taken when there is plenty of time to get the full recommended hours of sleep.

Mental clarity can also be improved with herbs. Holy Basil and pine needles come together to make you feel refreshed and support cognitive function. Because of this the terpene Limonene was used to inspire this recipe as it is also a mood booster. Just like in the recipe for “Happy Helper”!

The three teas for anxiety (Worry Warp), nerves (Nerve Nullifier), and calm are all driven by the herb skullcap they each have a different flavor profile to better fit wants and needs. No matter the source for your stress there is potentially an herbal solution for you.
